My magazine tube is slightly loose, and I can’t tighten the band any further. I’ve followed the video installation instructions, but I’m wondering if the mounting band needs to be shimmed. The magazine tube has movement left to right, but not up or down. Thanks!
Instructions don’t cover Citadel Alaskan Takedown even though the link brings you to this page. You made a rail that you don’t even include all the necessary hardware for and also included o-rings and nowhere can you fond information on installation. I went and bought the mounting hardware because when I wrote to you of their absence you sent another hardware package without the same screws. Additionally, I emailed about the o-rings and customer service hasn’t been able to find anyone who knows what they are for. I’ve bought 4-5 of your rail handguards, I really like them but your Customer Service hasn’t kinda turned me off on this purchase.
